  1. So Im no yogi but i've done yoga before and this is not a beginner session. Very few people will be able to fully execute what she is doing here. This is also a bit fast for pace, more of a flow as many movements had fast transitions and only childs pose was held for a period of time. Sad she didn't recommend variations for the less flexible people over here or at least walk through what we are aiming to feel/stretch so we can get the most out of it and can learn how to improve.

  5. Is there any yoga for beginners where when you get into a pose you can show where your supposed to feel the stretch and like say “if your feeling it here your doing it wrong?” Because I never know if I’m doing this right

I hope you can notice me, I live in a really small house. i dont have space to do this because my room can only fit one single foam can i do it on my bed its an airbed single size can i do it there because i dont have space to do this but i badly needed this im really stressed and tired my whole body is aching because im working everyday morning til night thats why i chose 10 mins i hope you can reply to me or if possible i would like to pls request a yoga for people who have small spaces. thank you miss kassandra. you are the first person i watched and i commented because i really want to follow u.. u explain in detailed. take care
