    WE'VE GOTTEN SO MUCH STRONGER SINCE THE BEGINNING OF 2021! I remember doing this video in maybe… March or February and we DIED! We stopped so many times! But, I just completed it again and only stopped maybe 3 times. Our abs are so much stronger when following the calendar! Watch, when you do this workout video again, you'll stop only 1 time OR YOU WON'T STOP AT ALL!

  3. You should watch Anne with an E. It is good but you have to get through the first four or five episodes. It is on Netflix and it is about a girl named Anne who is an orphan. She has been in and out of foster homes for as long as she can remember. She has been abused badly and eventually she gets adopted by a brother and sister who love her very much and treat her well. After she gets adopted it is all about her life in Avonlea / Green Gables.

  4. I have a layer of fat on my stomach so it feels like its hard to do abs because its fighting through that, I really wanna build muscle and have that fat burn off and be more toned for summer. Any suggestions Cassey?
