I finished my legs exercises and wanted a good stretch so i found this and it was great.
I decided literally yesterday that I wanted to get into yoga, and this was so perfect, I feel calmed, like I'm breathing regularly, and nicely stretched. Nice.
i tried yoga again after not exercising for like 3 months. it amazes me how 10mins could change how i feel. i feel songood and refreshed!! thankyou always. you are the best yoga channel i hvae found ❤️
