  2. Thank you for this. I discovered this video 3 yrs ago. The first time I did this I was at my heaviest weight and I could barely carry my own weight. I've moved on to other exercises after doing this for some time. But I've been sedentary for months now. So I decided to do yoga again and start from the beginnung. It feels nice breaking out into a sweat but at the same time feel relaxed after the exercise.

  3. I’ve been using these routines to slowly recover from a back injury and get in shape, but I want to add them to my daily fitness tracker. Does anyone know how to calculate the average calories burned on this routine?

  4. I don't get why this video got so many dislikes. It's December 2020 – and I LOVE it so much. Even more than some of the newest videos (sorry, not all of them only some). And this one is great
