  1. Nicole, I loved this workout! You are so gifted with what you come up with. I never stick to a workout routine because they're so boring but I'm NEVER bored with you. Your workouts produce great results and fun routines all in reasonable time frames. I appreciate that I can do these anywhere. Your voice is also super relaxing so I never feel bitter towards you when you encourage us to push through the pain (another problem I would have with other instructors) – I always feel like you truly know that what we're doing is good for us but you are understanding in any struggle we may endure along the way. I definitely am a committed member to your classes, thank you for your hard work!
