  1. Short, to the point, slow and burning. This was great! Thanks from a busy mum who has no time to go to fitness classes. I've been doing Pilates for a long time, but this workout is one of the best I've ever seen.

  2. This workout is perfect for legs, abs, butt and even for the back. I felt a little stiff, because of long time working in front of my computer. And I feel so much better now. There are many workouts out there, but Sanne Vloet is now one of my favourite teachers.

  3. It feels so amazing to do this in my rest days! I also had back pain so I was happy that this workout didn't make me feel painful.

  4. I really would like to see another pilates video! This one is just soo good, it's perfect for those days when I don't feel with energy to do something too strong
