I am the most unfit person. Haven’t worked out in years and have never done Pilates. This was the first video I clicked on and I could follow it! (Plus minus the intense burn I felt, slowly but surely. Please do more beginner videos! I hate how some instructors have ‘Beginner’ Pilates videos but it’s more advanced than anything. This is just perfect where you teach form, technique, BURN and patience. Thanks so much!

I am in my 50s and I bought some beginners pilates books but struggled to follow the pictures. Your video is fantastic, really well explained and easy to follow. this is my first Pilates class and I feel so good! I've been trying to find something to do at home when I don't feel like going to the gym, and HIIT just isn't cutting it for me anymore! Also, this was so empowering learning what my body can do that I wasn't aware it could do. Thank you x1000 🙂
With gyms still closed in Germany, pilates is a great alternative. Challenging yet relaxing for your mind – this is something we probably all need right now.

This is a good workout for someone who suffers from an acute low back strain. Good to start rehab with this after the pain has settled.
