  1. I am the most unfit person. Haven’t worked out in years and have never done Pilates. This was the first video I clicked on and I could follow it! (Plus minus the intense burn I felt, slowly but surely. Please do more beginner videos! I hate how some instructors have ‘Beginner’ Pilates videos but it’s more advanced than anything. This is just perfect where you teach form, technique, BURN and patience. Thanks so much!

  8. This is a good workout for someone who suffers from an acute low back strain. Good to start rehab with this after the pain has settled.
