  2. best pilates I've done in AGES!! I find the pilates moves so repetitive but this had a load of great ones I've never done before! Loved it so much <3

  3. One of my first pilates sessions and i definitely felt the burn! I loved the stretching at the end because it’s easy to just end a workout video and forget to stretch! those arm circles were killing me lol but i made it!
