  1. Amazing workout..today was day 1 couldn't do it after 27min as didnt had that much stamina left…but feeling so good and my core feels so tight..loving it

  2. ou mai gad (spanish pronunsation of: "oh my god") what do you have of special that made me do all the exercises without to quit? (i never can do one video of exercise from the begining to the final, and if i find one then i do it every single day)

    edit (12/5/21): today, in the part of the upper body i thought to quit but i thinked like "no, i shouldn't quit" i pushed myself a little bit and now i finished the workouts 🙂 i'm proud of myself
