  2. I've been doing various workouts from Nicole for two months now, about five days a week. I am so much stronger and I don't have muscle pain after the workout. Nicole has SAVED my lower back and hip from constant pain. Doing the videos also allowed me to assess my weak areas so I could build up strength slowly and not hurt myself. So very appreciative to have access to this.
