  3. OMG, I was dying but it felt so good. I have really long legs and find I have to do a bit of shifting around in some of the four point kneeling to plank moves. Great work out.

  4. Nicole, Your classes are the best there is out there. Intense yet peaceful. I feel energized like after an intense pilates class yet relaxed like after a yoga class! You hold a great personal style that clearly a lot of people are loving. Keep doing what you are doing, you are amazing!!! <3

  5. Been putting off these longer classes because I typically do freestyle strength training after cardio and before yoga. But I鈥檓 ready (and scared). Your videos are great though, straight forward, minimal with nonsense chatter, and challenging.

  8. hi Nicole, thank you for this workout it was challenging but felt nice. wanted to tell you that a little gentler start of the workout , (similar to the your 40 minute pilates class) would be much appreciated to warm up the body before getting into high planks etc. thank you so much!
