  1. I love this workout! The 20 minutes feel like 5 minutes! The time passes so quickly and it works! I have been doing this once a day for about a week and half (I skipped 2 days) and I can feel I'm stronger! The side planks uses to kill me but they're not as hard now! And I used to not able to have my legs straight up for the 1 minute finisher at the end, and now I can hold them straight up the whole minute! I think I can see a little more definition in my stomach as well! I highly recommend!
