Amazing practice. At some point, i had to pause the video after the second pigeon. My mid inner stomach was unbalanced for a moment.But after a few breaths, i was fine and continued the practice. Thank you for this Kino!

I love all your videos but I especially love this one, it's challenging but I really like how you refer to the hips as pigeons it makes sense then not to push them too hard 🙂
You made me start doing yoga. First I was only staring at your butt and legs but later I decided to do some of the poses.
My thighs were absolutely burning at some points in this, i had to stop and stand up for a minute. This was my first full hour of yoga ( 7wow.cc/rfky ). The pace was great and I'm so glad I finished it!
