  1. Let me know how you enjoyed this stretch routine! I am by no means a professional, but I do believe that doing these stretches on a regular basis will definitely increase your flexibility! Much love! See you soon Xx- Maddie

  2. This is INSANE!!! I can assure you guys that this is really working!!! I started doing this last March 20, and now I can reach my toes but with a less pain.

  3. I ve been doing this 4-5 times a week for about 2 months? I think? anyways, this video helped me sooo much i wasn't too flexible before and now I noticed some big changes. ( I'm 17 if I can do it you can too)

  4. As a dance instructor trying to get back into shape from the pandemic, these videos/classes are amazing!! They really allow me to ease into stretches and target muscles needed to feel whole in my own body again 🙂 I also love your cat! So precious <3 <3 <3

  5. Could you make a routine for people who can't really use / kneel on their knees and hands, 🙁 Maybe seated or so…? I really want to become more flexible but I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, so I can't bend my knees or stand on my hands or so…

  6. PSA because I keep seeing it in the comments: Stretching isn't supposed to hurt! If it does, ease back a little until it doesn't. There should be a sort of pressure-y pulling sensation, but it shouldn't be burning like a workout. Remember you don't have to match the positions in the video, the only reason the instructor can is because she's been doing this a while. Take your time and let your body's limits move before trying to surpass them.

  7. Awesome!! Just what I need! I’m a 10k runner, avid swimmer and need better flexibility in my hips! Your workout is just what I need!! Thank You So much!!!!

  8. been coming back here everyday for almost 2 months and the change i feel is amazing. im in recovery and haven’t been able to exercise for almost 4 years now so im v stiff. now im able to touch my toes effortlessly and i can see my legs and torso becoming more muscular. ive always wanted to do the splits so im going to keep going. thank u maddie xx
