I started doing this five days ago and it’s going really good but I can’t do one legged wheel, I wanna ask if it’s okey to skip that one? My hand are always shaking and I can’t help it 🙁

Do the blackpink really do this workout? I don't know why, but for me it's some easy (Maybe it's because of my before workout routine.
Blackpink have unreal body and I think their workout must be too hard.
