  1. I started doing this five days ago and it’s going really good but I can’t do one legged wheel, I wanna ask if it’s okey to skip that one? My hand are always shaking and I can’t help it 🙁

    Waist:26inch
    Day 1: could do most apart from the one leg wheel thing cause my wrists hurt after doing other workouts
