  4. Opened up YouTube and it must have read my mind as this was the first video in the recommendations. It wasn’t until afterwards that I read it said fast ( still half asleep). I did pause the exercises and do more slowly and for longer. Will have to go back to it as had to end early to get ready for work.

  7. Very nice back stretches. If a person is in active pain, the speed needs to be radically reduced. Instructions were great. My only suggestion would be to slow down the transition moments so it isn't so rushed.

  8. I have constant lower back pain. I was looking for numerous alternatives and also tried all of them but did not find any good results. On the other hand, employing this back problems guide book, Kenzano Ayb (Go ogle it), been able to cope with my back tightness considerably. I attained much comfort because of it. You should try this guide book also!

  9. Just letting everyone now: I did this for a couple of weeks and it definitely helps as a short term solution. However, my lower back pain kept coming back. I'm now doing more core exercises(planking etc.) multiple days a week and haven't had backpain in months. So make sure to also do your core exercises! It def helped for me!
