  3. That was a great workout and at almost 59 years old I could do it all!!!! I am not in the best shape, but am happy I can do these types of routines without modifications or feeling sore or hurt the next day. Thank you!

  4. The thing on this challenge that keeps tripping me up is the scissor kicks. Honestly.. how do you do scissor kicks without popping your hips over and over? It's so annoying. I'm trying to work my legs and core, but instead I feel like I'm just popping my hips and focusing on that. Any tips?
