  2. It was my first day I tried hard to keep that belly button in..but I didn't feel any burn
    I did feel that tension in legs and thighs.
    am I doing it right?
    I've been doing chloe ting's workouts, is that the reason I didn't find it hard to do?
    is this gonna help in weight loss?
