  1. Thank you for just getting right into it – the way we would in a real-life Pilates class. I know it's Youtube and everyone has a format but I really appreciate that you don't spend 5 min in the beginning talking about yourself! I'll be back 🙂

  2. Thank you so much. Really appreciate that you do not do "negative body talk" (like f.e. "This will make your legs look ready for the beach") when you explainin the exercises.

  3. Thank you!! Love your style of teaching with calmness and preciseness. I would love some exercises for pelvic floor if that fits for your coming sessions!

  4. I really enjoy this routine!!!
Lottie i have a question. I feel pain on my left adductor. Do you have to propose to me some of your routine? Or are you thinking to do a video for adductor's pain?Kisses from Crete-Greece, and thanks for your channel!!! It makes me to have all that i need without to spend time and money for a gym, and i have also i great teacher!

  5. i enjoyed that class a lot ! however, i feel like pilates is also all about tunning the breath in with your practice, and i feel like you're missing that point. just adding a little tuning in our breathing through your workout and it will even more beautiful

  6. i have never done pilates before but i fell in love with yours videos, this is such an amazing routine and the way you explain it makes everything so relaxing, thank you!

  7. Oh my gosh I wish I found your channel earlier!!! I love pilates and I got into it because I do ballet and dancers have told me to do pilates to get a stronger core and it makes dancing easier. Now I'm only dancing for fun but I do realize I love pilates just as much. Where I live There aren't many pilates classes so I am do happy I found this!. Thank you so much! xo

  8. I don’t usually leave comments, but I have to say this is by far my most favorite and most done workout on this channel. I love how it’s intense without being out-of-breath-near-heart-attack-intense, like many other intense workouts. The morning after I always feel a little sore, like I’ve done it for the first time, but it’s really my 20th lol and I always feel just a bit more badass after doing it. These types of ultimate, strong, intense Pilates are my favorite and it just goes to show you don’t need to bounce around like crazy to really get a really good workout in. More like this would be lovely!
