This was great! I always feel better after a session
Thank you thousands time, your videos are the best.
love your class . i am a beginner. i find it very hard to do the child pose. it is very hard to bend my knees back that far. but i keep pushing through the hurt and hope that i will eventually get enough flexibility to do it comfortably.
I needed this today! Best way to begin 2021❤❤
Quickly becoming my favorite beg video!
I've never tried yoga before. I am drenched in sweat now. Will definitely do this again.
I'm just getting started with this and I love your videos thank you
This is a great one. And, thank god, no affirmations. I've discovered that I've been doing some poses all wrong. Learned a lot. Thank you!
one of the best beginner videos I've seen so far!
Thank you so much for this Yoga routine. Every time I do it , it gives me time to actually feel my full body while doing each exercise. Once I finish my body feels really good, relaxed and fit. I have been doing this routine for couple of months and its by far my first go to! Thanks Kassandra
Does anybody know the name of the song in this video?
This is perfect, I tried other online classes but yours suits my taste. I love that you explain enough but not adding too much unnecessary words (I found that disturbing ), and I looove the background music so I don’t have to set my own. The pose itself is doable for beginner but have some challenges so I can feel the impact after. Perfect!
Yo, this was great. I've been doing it 2x per day this week. Feel so much smoother, more flexable, and even taller w better posture. Thanks Kassandra.!
The session really engaged my hips. Thank you!
I have just recently started adding yoga into my life more regularly. It really helps ground me and serves as a form of self care. Your videos are my favorite, thank you so much!

Great! Love it❤️
I really enjoy these beginner videos. I've been practicing yoga on and off for years, so I don't consider myself beginner anymore, but I love the slower speed yet how they are still a little challenging! Beginner classes are probably underrated by a lot of more advanced yogis. Sometimes I'm just not in the mood for a big challenge! So these are great. Thank you!
Love this flow!
Thank you after a week of this yoga feeling so much better.
Good morning, great way to start my day!
Hi Kassandra. I've recently discovered your channel and really enjoy your classes. I am almost 70 and before covid, attended yoga class regularly, 3 to 4 times/week. I haven't felt safe to go to the studio for 9 months and have tried to keep up on my own but have lost strength. I find your beginner classes a bit too easy and the intermediate ones a bit too hard. I wonder if you could offer a class somewhere in between – an easy intermediate! Thanks for all you do.
Simply amazing! I truly loved this. Since starting your videos, I've released a lot of pent up tension, improved my flexibility, gained strength, and now actually look forward to exercising. I noticed when I was strictly focusing on HIIT workouts, I was actually tearing down my muscles and shedding too many pounds from my petite frame. Now I find myself building and sustaining my body. I am so excited to embark on this lovely yoga journey. I see great things aligning for my health! Thank you for your commitment!
I feel good after this flow 🙂 Thanks Kassandra
I liked your classes very much. You give very useful instructions and good flow of breathing reminders and in very calming manners that I really enjoyed. Thank you. Mei
Nov 24. It still fun and like the challenges
I think I've commented on this one before, but probably back in May or June. I want to add now that this video is my favorite one. I always go back to it after I haven't practiced yoga in a while. It eases me back in and reminds me that I can do it.
