  1. This was really amazing. I definitely was not able to hold every pose but you were so encouraging that I tried every single one of them and it felt amazing to just go for it. I just found your channel and your flows are the perfect mix between challenging und relaxing for me. Plus 40min of practice feel like nothing timewise. I really loved it.

  2. I love this practice!! And coming here after the 30 pose journey have increase my strength! I was so happy when I was able to hold for a few seconds some of the arm balance! I'm still working on my inversions, but definitely felt a bit of air time in my forearm balance! Lots of love to you Allie! So glad I found your chanel!

  4. Hey I really enjoy yoga and I like the arm balance series. I am a calisthenics athlete with 7 months of experience and I find doing yoga is really great not only for mobility and flexibility but I can also learn new techniques that will help me with my statics.
