  1. Personally, I don't like gyms. They are so crowded and I can't do my workout there. I decided to take bodyweight training plan from Agoge Diet. Training plan is great and I can do it from home. They also give you diet plan which supports your fitness goals.

  2. Didn’t read the comment section before doing it. I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong, or because I’m a man, or what; but I didn’t break a sweat at all nor did my heart rate increase and I did the more difficult versions. I expected the intensity to ramp up but nothing. I feel decently stretched out and relaxed, and my knees hurt a bit, but that’s about it.

  3. The only time I have on my own and quiet is putting my son to bed (he needs me in the room to fall asleep) so I thought. I can stick earphones in, it's dark and only light is off the screen. It worked. I excersied in peace whilst my son fell asleep quicker whilst watching me. Win win I'd say.

  5. I wish I had locate the , Yamzoko Weebly (sⓔarch Gⓞ ⓞgle to get it) years ago. I got rid of 12 lbs in three weeks up to now. Needless to say I exercise once or twice weekly, and also eat healthy. It showed fantastic results for me. I surely recommend the product, wish it works as great for you since it really does for me.
