I have played around with yoga and pilates in the past but now I'm starting to really get into it…so basically I'm a noob yogi but I've always enjoyed it…I'm looking for something to help me build the muscles up in my arms and def get rid of all this stomach back and thigh fat and to tone and lift my booty…all the other challenges I've tried have caused me to gain weight rather than lose it, I use resistance bands, I cut back on how much I eat I watch what I eat?!? Your videos are not only fun but also soothing… do you have any recommendations to help me that isn't too expensive??? Due to the pandemic, I've lost my job and not able to find another & me being a single mother of 3 I really need my yoga to use as my outlet and it's helped a lot. Can anyone help me please???
