  3. I know its an old video but thanks, great enthusiasm and no artificial calmness bullcrap. Also, the female yogi instructed videos do alot of stretches which feel like they are meant for someone with less packaging.

  4. Not many people can pull off a sense of humor during practice, but I found myself able to focus a great deal more and complete the poses. Swamiji, I get the feeling you are a good egg.

  6. Hi Sean, I've been doing this workout for 3 weeks now. I've tried the advanced one 3 times but during the weekdays, I always go back to the beginner's level. Do you think I should move on and do the intermediate daily?
