  2. How do you improve the move where you tuck your knee to your chest in downward dog? I always have to readjust as I am not able to place my foot that far in front. Not sure if that makes sense. You are so flexible.

  3. Thank you so much sweetheart. I started my day with exercise and there are parts of the muscle that are being pulled in little by little and my body feels more sensitive so that the flow of blood flowing. I love this exercise too move on.

  6. How long does it take for a guy like me to be as good as you? I do lots of power lifting and my job was very physical demanding. I’m hoping yoga and flexibility exercise can help me out a bit
