  5. I have Degenerative Disc Disease, hip dysplasia and my sciatic nerve in both legs are damaged and this was by far the best form for my disabilities. I am beyond happy that I found you. I look forward to learning more from you. However, I have a question, How long do I keep doing these poses before I try different poses and progress?

  7. I feel amazing afterwards, but during the downward dog and pulling it in, I had to stop because I was having almost excruciating pain in my wrist. I'm not sure if I have carpal tunnel, or if my wrists are just weak.

  8. As a new person doing yoga as int his was literally the first video I “completed” is it ok that I can’t touch the ground in some of these poses yet or do I need to start over?
