  2. Omg it is just me but I consider myself in shape cause I used to go to the gym 3x a week (now its closed) I do 30 mins weights workout at home and I struggled doing this :S I was like omg this is hard LOL but I enjoyed it will be back for more.

  3. I was looking for some other exercises to include in my personal training (mostly strength & core). Enjoyed several things I think I can include with my "mature" clients (many over 80 and unbelievably strong). Easy to understand and I will include in my own workouts. Thank you so much!

  5. I like the movements, but wish she’d tell you how many reps and spend less time over explaining. I found myself really annoyed and having to start and stop waiting for her to just start the next exercise.

  6. Been doing this for 2 and a half weeks on and off now and I already feel and see changes without changing my diet. Also love that it only takes 15 minutes ♥️

  7. I absolutely loved this session. I would have liked another 5-10 minutes but I am drenched after just 15 minutes. Thank you for the concentration on upper and lower body and core in such a condensed time. And I appreciate that these were different exercises than what I have typically experienced in pilates workouts.

  8. Just perfect for topping off a 30 minute cardio workout prior – I used to have a Pilates class to do on Monday mornings and miss it much!

  9. As a total beginner I did the modified moves and found it a fantastic workout– and what a warm and accessible attitude! I love that she gives a simple variety of ways to do the movements so you can go from total beginner to very advanced. I hope I'll be doing this workout long enough to get to advanced!

  10. I've been doing this twice a week for the past 4 weeks along with a resistance lower body workout once a week and I've noticed such a difference in my core! It's a great feeling to be able to go lower and lower without all the shaking i was experiencing before. Would love to see more of these 15 minute full body pilates videos!!
