  1. Really enjoying your workouts. Thanks. I have one major problem though …… you say RIGHT when using Left , and vice versa you probably do ir cos of mirror image, but it is confusing ! I often find myself repeating the same side !!

  2. Before the "pandemic" I had made great gains in my yoga practice by supplementing with pilates. The core is the key to opening many gates. From injury and indolence I stopped doing exercise for three months, but now I'm back on the mat, and when I read all the comments complaining about the focus on abs, I figured this workout would be right for me. And it was very good! The only part I couldn't do were the roll-ups, so I cheated by pushing off with my elbows. It will be a good benchmark when I can do those properly. Much thanks.

  3. This is a great video if you don’t need any modifications, but it’s definitely not for beginners. May I suggest you offer some alternatives for people that are beginners of all ages.

  4. Way too many movements where the midsection is getting crunched or folded it half – it was making me feel really nauseous and like I was going to puke.

  5. Hi Juliette! Thank you so much for the video, great workout! Love your accent, but can't quite place it, my first guess was French / German, and a friend from Belgium said maybe Eastern European. Are either of us correct?

  6. Love this workout and have been doing it at least three times per week since i stopped going to the pilates studio a few months ago. You are an incredible instructor! Please do more of these pilates mat workouts ❤️
