  3. Thank you so much for this! I started Yoga 4 years ago. Never went to classes and didn't watch videos. I wanted to get to know my body, mind and physics on my own. This video here is the first one I ever watched completely and I even did the practice with you. I learned so much, saw how much I achieved on my own and found new parts to work on.   4. I just finished your video earlier today like omg. There were parts of my body where the stretching was hitting the soreness from when I do high intensity workouts.

    I realized how it's embarrassing that my body can't go all the way down and I barely have any flexibility. I'm incorporating yoga into my Hiit workouts

  6. This is clearly not for beginners/first timers. There are lots of challenging poses where no alternative pose was offered (eg 18:00) and made me give up after a while as I could not even attempt 50% correctly.

  7. I’ve just started the 75 Hard challenge and one of my goals was to get into Yoga and this video is amazing. Even though it was a beginners I was able to close my eyes the entire video and just let your voice guide me, even stayed on the floor for an extra 10 minutes after the videos ended. Will definitely be doing this one again

I've been doing yoga every day for the past 7 weeks and ever since I found this video ~2 weeks ago it has been one of my favorites and I even convinced my boyfriend to try it. I can't wait to try some of your other videos. Just wanted to let you know that you're doing a good job and we are all very thankful for this channel
