  3. I ve been doing this 4-5 times a week for about 2 months? I think? anyways, this video helped me sooo much i wasn't too flexible before and now I noticed some big changes. ( I'm 17 if I can do it you can too)

  5. Could you make a routine for people who can't really use / kneel on their knees and hands, 🙁 Maybe seated or so…? I really want to become more flexible but I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, so I can't bend my knees or stand on my hands or so…

  6. PSA because I keep seeing it in the comments: Stretching isn't supposed to hurt! If it does, ease back a little until it doesn't. There should be a sort of pressure-y pulling sensation, but it shouldn't be burning like a workout. Remember you don't have to match the positions in the video, the only reason the instructor can is because she's been doing this a while. Take your time and let your body's limits move before trying to surpass them.

  8. been coming back here everyday for almost 2 months and the change i feel is amazing. im in recovery and haven’t been able to exercise for almost 4 years now so im v stiff. now im able to touch my toes effortlessly and i can see my legs and torso becoming more muscular. ive always wanted to do the splits so im going to keep going. thank u maddie xx
