  1. I am back here. Great place to be. My Christmas gift to my 49 year old self is health. So I’m going to do my very best and treat myself to a yoga session with you everyday. I also in a financial place where I can donate. To you again. Where’s the best place for me to sign up again?

  2. I don’t know enough about yoga to understand how often I should do it. Doing it on the days that I lift weights seems silly so if I do this routine 3 days a week would it still be beneficial?

  3. I did this day 1 exercise so many times because I have this perfectionism that is like “if I miss a day, lemme restart it”- the first time I did it, I couldn’t bend down at all. Now, on my 6th time, I can follow so easily and the movements and her soothing words just come to me so naturally. Just this alone really helped with my flexibility, pain and brought me a better appreciation on the stillness of life

  4. Day 1: done! <3 it felt so good, i haven't stretched or workout in a long time and this helped me feel free and connected to my body. I feel really relieved. Can't wait to do day 2 !

  5. my ears went fuzzy and ringing half way through but it felt good? like i hadnt felt so connected to my breath in a while, and it felt so good! and then i teared up doing corpse pose, not sure why, i may be carrying a lot of stress in my body haha. this was great thank you!

  6. I just finished this day 1 and felt like I didn't understand a lot of things and may have done things incorrectly. I'm not familiar with a lot of the sayings. Is there an introduction video that you recommend? thanks in advance!

  7. Befor I start I just wanted a reminder for myself to keep going. I was recovering from a back sprain just as covid hit and the lack of movement I experienced after going througha depressive spell at the start ofquarentine die to worry and panick, combined with a fall that sprained my ankle and re agrivated my hip and back had me WAY over wieght and behind in my fitness journey. I've wanted to start thisfor a couple years now and with most of my mobility back it's time to stop feeling sorry for myself. Imiss yoga and miss the strength i lost so much…. here goes.

  8. Not totally new to yoga but now after 9 months of cancer treatment/surgery, I am stiff as a pretzel. Suggestions on which series of videos I should start with to help me stretch back out so I can be a normal 60+y/o? I don't want to get discouraged!!

  9. My daughter convinced me three years ago to try this. I was a 57 year old man who was not into yoga. But I had back and hip pain. What a difference this has made for me. Just turned 60 and feel good. Try it and stay with it. Use a chair if you need to as you begin. You'll be glad you did it

  10. Literally every Yoga with Adrienne video contains at least one comment written by some jock which reads thusly: 'Goddamit I weight [insert parameters of height and weight as if anyone is interested] and am a [insert name of more traditional, jock-ish type sport] and I never thought I'd be doing yoga, ever – but I gave this a shot and man, was it hard etc. etc.' Just do the video and shut up, jocks.

  11. does anybody have any tips what to do about sore wrists, especially during poses like down dog etc? will it get better over time or should I do variations? any special exercises to work on my wrists simultaneously?
( I strain my wrists shoulders and back through my work but thats also one of the main reasons why I want to do more yoga )

  12. First of all thanks. Second of all I'm sorry for all the shit I talked about yoga in the past. This is my second day doing this (first video was the begginer one you have) and I have to tell you I cursed u out a few times lol. Thanks I really never expected yoga to be this hard I do it after my strength and cardio to stretch and strengthen further and this is certainly challenge (for me at least). I'll be coming back tomorrow for more pain. Thanks!
