  1. On day 1 I had trouble holding the positions or finishing the exercises and today was day 7 and I could do the whole video without taking a break or flopping onto my stomach lol
    It's a tough challenge but if you just keep on trying it ll get easier! Whoever's reading this: you can do this!! :))

  4. I'll tell you this much, viewers. If you do this workout and mix it up with, say, the 10 minute core/arm workouts and drink generous amounts of water then you will see results. I started slow and was unable to do this workout with proper form but kept at it. It's been a few months I'm amazed at the outcome. Focus on your form, not the amount of reps you can do or whether or not you can keep up with the speed of the vid. You got this

When I did this workout on day one, I had to stop multiple times because it was really difficult, but now that I’m further along, I’ve noticed that I’ve become stronger (it used to take me forever to do those pushups, now I can do them a lot faster and better) and I barely have to take breaks now 🙂
