  1. Definitely like this session, the only thing that really annoys me that the title says 40 min workout when the whole video is 39 min and then you have 1-2 min of talking.. it's not specifically to her but actually most of the instructors

  2. This is a really slow workout. Great for a day when you want to exercise but do not have that much energy. If you are looking for something that will make you break a sweat and get your heart rate really up this is not the workout for you. I like all the stretches she does though I wish she would do some more back and arms.

  3. Hi there, have you considered Custokebon Secrets yet? Simply do a search engine search. On there you'll discover an awesome tips about how exactly you can lost crazy amounts of fat. Why not give it a shot? maybe it'll work for you too.
