  2. You do look leaner…and like u said u dont feel puffy and bloated. Thats my reason why i workout lol.
    Im focusing on lower body leaning it out and getting good core engagement.

  3. I consider this a drastic change! You are already at a perfect weight and lost weight and inches! You do look different and I can see your progress! You look amazing and have a beautiful body. You are goals!

  4. Tbh, your transparency is resonating with me. This is a lifelong journey & not a quick "fix" to me you looked more vibrant after the challenge & committing to yourself is a win in itself. Keep listening to your body and being consistent.

  5. Well as a male who is 44 I am about to go to my first Pilates lesson i have put on a lot of weight over this last year and maybe the most unfit I have been in a long time so a bit nervous just been watching videos to see what to expect
