  4. I'm committing to doing yoga and/or my old dance stretches daily, and I've just come back to this video for the second day in a row. This is an amazing place to begin for someone like me who has never done yoga before but used to dance, but has been coupled up doing the stay at home mom thing with a toddler for a while and needs to get active again <3 When I'm confident with what you do here I'll look at your other videos!
