  1. Last month we focused on the practice and power of getting clear. This month we embrace the fact that the only constant is in fact, change.

And so, we practice loving our existence IN THE FLOW.

We align with the fact that what goes up, must come down and that struggles are in fact… real.

This month, we use the tools of yoga to build strength from the inside out.

    Ease. Resilience. Flexibility. Joy.

  2. So gentle and easy for my arthritic body and bundle of tension from work and worries of the world. I did this in my backyard, feeling so peaceful and grounded right now. Thank you!

  3. This practice felt good in my 66 year old body. I'm an aging athlete and have tight hamstrings and lower back tissues and I have developed back pain when I tried to do other yoga sessions with bends and folds (probably my competitive urge to do what everyone else in the class is doing didn't help). But your emphasis of consciousness of your body while doing the exercises and breathing throughout helped me to stay within a level that was relaxing and invigorating. Thank you!

  4. I'm 66 and although I'm fit and well I was looking for something to help with my back (long term horrible thoracic pain) and my audiologist (strange I know) suggested yoga. I found this video after trying something far too difficult for an old man and it is perfect. Thank you so much. I love the way you are.. very gentle and serene but. er normal, if you know what I mean (I love those little "moments" you have). Thanks again. I am hoping you have videos I can progress to once I am on my way.

  5. Third lockdown in UK and this time struggling for motivation to do anything (not like me). Just discovered your video Adrienne and suits me as I’m 67 and have arthritis in my right knee. Taking time with the poses especially the one where you have to slightly lunge with each leg. Ok for left leg but not good for right knee so will do what I can. But enjoyed the calmness. Maybe I need to take up meditation again. Thank you, Sue

  6. I chose this video as my first video to do because I wanted to do one that would be easy and boost my confidence. However, I am 100 pounds overweight and cannot do the pose @4:15. My butt won't stay on my feet when I start bending forward, and I feel like I'm going to smash my face into the ground. Anyone else have this problem?

  7. Hi Adriene, thank you so much for these videos. I am 68 years old and have been thinking I was too old to start yoga now. Not so, I really feel like I have achieved something by joining your practices. A great help during lockdown…..but I am sure I will continue.

  8. This is my very first experience of yoga. I am 57and I am always stiff and sore, I need to lose some weight and I want to be more mindful and work on my mental health.

Loved this video, I was able to do it, not particularly well, but I did do it.
It helped my mindset as well as my body, I felt great afterwards.

I will make sure to make time for myself each day to practice this, I'm sure I'll get better at it in time.

This is day 1 towards a fitter, happier me.

    Thank you Adriene.

  9. Adriene, thank you SO much for this! I'm nearly 57 and not sure if I'm meant to be in the "older" bracket, but this is the type of yoga that I've been longing for! I'm not into twisting my body into excruiating poses that leave me feeling sweaty and inadequate. I felt stretched and happy after this session. Thank you 🙂

  10. Now that was relaxing and refreshing at the same time!
I felt things in my body that I didn't feel for a long time!
With 30 I surely fit in the senior section right?
    Thank You, Namaste
