Personal Care Service

All services are given with compassion and dignity with the ultimate respect of the client.  Confidentiality is of utmost importance.  Some of the services provided are:

• -Supervise or assist with tub baths, showers, sponge baths and bed baths
• -Assist with grooming needs such as shaving, teeth and dental care, hair care and routine nail care
• -Routine transfer assistance from bed to chair
• -Routine bed positioning to prevent pressure areas
• -Alzheimer’s and Dementia care
• -Assist with mobilization activities including exercising, walking and playing appropriate games
• -Assist with toilet and commode needs
• -Assist with eating and feeding
• -Assist with self-administered medications by reminding client to take prescribed medications at the right time and to follow-up that they have taken the medications
• -Provide respite and palliative care
